are the IDN domains.

IDN are per example domains like:

palästina.org

ä is a german letter.

you get the same when you have arabic letter.

domains like:

www.دومين.com
will be
XN--UGB8BDGL.COM

to use such domains, you must install a plug In to your IE. but the next IE version will have this as standard.
the german domains in germany started last year, and there were until now 264.081 IDNs.
in austria, they started in march 2004, but there were only about 15.000 new registration.
german IDN are for me important, when you have such domains:
www.auslaender.at
so i registred the IDN one
www.ausländer.at

but i wont start a projekt under an IDN.
i own the www.palästina.org
that means palestine in german, and i have many typ in now, because www.palaestina.org is the offcial site of palestine in germany
so i am sure i will get more Typ Ins when IE add the Plug IN to the standard version.

but the arabic IDN are the worst what happend
i had 2 domains to test them, and deleted them last month.
