I have just make pop-under service
I make the design(Very good one), hosting, and choose a good 3rd party for buying popunder and reselling it to clients...

And this is some details about the service

For Advertisers: I use a 3rd party service for pop-under ads this system allow me to make campaigns for my clients and give them statistics private label
I should fund my account thru paypal and when I have enough credits I could make campaigns and resell it to my clients thru my site.

For publishers: I use (xxxxxxx) and they give me percentage of each puplisher.

What I need from you is:
1. Verified paypal account (Separate account both of us have the access to it)
2. Some publicity for the site
3. funding the account for some money we will agree about this point later
4. Send my percentage from paypal account to my bank account

I'll manage the site as a webmaster

and 60% for me and 40 for the partner(you)
